1G + Hub 4 nightmare!

Hi all

I have upgraded to 1G recently and received my Hub 4 yesterday. Since then I have been experiencing slow and intermittent connection and lots of drop out, the Hub 4 seems to be rebooting constantly! I have reset the device and still the same issue, also I am no where near my 1 G speed, getting less than I was getting when I had my 500M line.

You have two Downstream Power Levels that are too high and the differential between the lowest at +3.1dBmV and the highest at 10.6dBmV is too great.

These will need an engineer to put right.

You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 10 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.

Update! This is really getting worse and worse .. the router is having it's own mind restarting so often! we seem to have this issue when there is activity on the line, and very stable off peak!
