I had an engineer here yesterday to try and fix the slow and unstable speeds I've been getting with Virgin Media. On 200mb, I'm still getting around 20Mbps down and 21.0 up!
Because of social distancing and Covid-19, I couldn't oversee what the engineer was doing. He left with some part in his hand, but immediately afterwards I went to test and it was no better.
What to do next?
