We've recently just switched over to Virgin media on the 14th and have the 100mb contract with tv etc.
However from the first day the highest speed using a cat6 direct to a hub3 on router mode is 52mb, majority of the time I'd be lucky to reach 40-45mb. This is the same wireless, weirdly enough the upload speed to fine 8-10mbs.
Is there anything I can do my end or is this something Virgin needs to sort out? (I've tired phoning 3/4 times but still waiting for a call back from an engineer)
