108M new customer speed help

Morning all

We've recently just switched over to Virgin media on the 14th and have the 100mb contract with tv etc.

However from the first day the highest speed using a cat6 direct to a hub3 on router mode is 52mb, majority of the time I'd be lucky to reach 40-45mb. This is the same wireless, weirdly enough the upload speed to fine 8-10mbs.

Is there anything I can do my end or is this something Virgin needs to sort out? (I've tired phoning 3/4 times but still waiting for a call back from an engineer)

Re: 108M new customer speed help

Can you post the 'Upstream', 'Downstream', and 'Network Log' tab data from your HUB?
