100mps down to 1-2mps this week - Slow Speeds

Hi guys, New to the forum! Unfortunately I've been having slow speeds this entire week. I've reset the router numerous times by the pin, unplugged ethernet cables, Speedtests and the tests via this website etc. Still no change. It's actually gotten worse as the week has gone on...

I've gotten through to VM once and they said no problems were found on their side but I'm pretty much tired of this and if this continues I'll have to move on. Seeing so many others have the same problem doesn't inspire much confidence in this being resolved but hopefully I'm wrong.

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

Could you please create a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) here, and post the live link?

The HUB stats look healthy.

The BQM should show if there is any congestion on your line, however it appears that it isn't working currently.

Could you access the below section in your HUB settings to ensure 'Block fragmented IP packets' is unchecked?

I've just checked and that IP packets is unchecked. Thanks for helping!

Try setting up a new BQM.
