100mb speed now only 22mb

When I first switched to Virgin just over a month ago, speeds were consistently as advertised, about 100mb/sec download and about 10mb/sec upload. However over the last week and a half it has dropped consistently to about 22-25mb/sec download.  Is this just overall traffic? It's affecting my ability to work at home as I have a lot of video calls I need to be on.

Are you testing on wifi or ethernet connected devices. If wifi - try on ethernet and see how it compares

unfortunately none of my laptops have ethernet ports, and I don't have any adapters - so it's wifi only testing i'm afraid.

OK so we dont know if its a network connection or a wifi only problem. I would try the wifi first.
