Major issues with 100mb broadband getting techy and having slow periods during the day. Particular issue like most with online video conferences - which I have to do alot of including exams.
Tried hard reboot, run all sorts of tests and spoke with virgin on numerous occasions and they identified issues, sent man to fix their side but no discernible difference - please help

What device do you use and how is it connected to the Hub?

Tried wired and WiFi. Using surface book 2. Or other laptops and ipads generally.
