10% Speed - RCS Partial Service

Evening,

My broadband has been a bit slow over the past week; now I've investigated, I'm hitting 30Mbps down and 35Mbps up on the 350Mbps package.

Hub is in modem mode, utilising a Ubiquiti UDM Pro as the router and main switch which I am directly connected while performing tests.  Modem output below; supplied a small sample of the logs as they repeat between the RCSP Partial Service and Lost MDD.  Had attempted to phone Virgin, but a message stated they are closed and try visit the not so helpful faults page.

I have rebooted everything and checked connections are secure.  What's the verdict?!

Signals look good you really need to test directly from hub

Rebooted 3 hours prior to capturing the above logs.

Putting 2 and 2 together;  teams of virgin engineers had  been visiting a duct outside my house last week, believe they connected up a neighbour and saw them installing and pulling in some cable; I wonder if something has been nudged out of place.
