1 month with Virgin Hub 4 and all I get is spike lag when playing games!

Okay first of all I was on the HUB 3 with no problems at all. Had no lag issues could play games on my PC while my room mates played different games on there PC / Consoles. We could have MS team calls for work fine, remote to work network etc all fine. Watch Netflix / Amazon / Listen to music the lot with no problems what so ever (And this was while in lock down when everyone was at home). 100% Fine.

Also as I changed from HUB 3 to HUB 4, lag spike central. Its a real joy when you are working and then cannot get on for 3 hours. With no online support for HUB 4 either. GOOD one Virgin Media!

I have just tired play a game of League of legend as I felt this was more of a consistence need of speed which I got a constant 120 + spike every 10-15 seconds. Unplayable.

You get the picture, I'm sure If I played games all day it would be a 120-140 line throughout. YAY!

Managed to get through to Virgin Media today. Turns out it is at Virgin Media's end and will take 24 hours to fix if it is only me with the problem around my area or will take 7 days.

Best way I managed to get in touch was through the Live Chat, lucky enough I caught someone at the right time! Who then put me through to someone who could sort my issues out / help. Which was the best thing I've ever had through VM considering I had 3 phones on hold for over 1 hour 😛
