ok had a superhub3 and was on 350 service with good speeds on router and via my vpn router
was offered volt 1gig upgrade and superhub4 which came and i activated however my speeds arent much better via superhub 4 wired or wifi and via my vpn router have slowed to probably 20percent of what i was getting before feel like cancelling package and going elsewhere
also have read a few other posts checked the hub 4 config file and which is cmreg-vmdg640-bbt076-b.cm is that correct for 1 gig service

Their a lot of speed loss when doing VPN on a home router.
If you really think speed was better on 350 you can go back as for a theory why 1Gb make your VPN slower could be down to the hub rate limiting curve on 350 that slowed packets to the asus router allowing for better speed for the VPN.
or theory No. 2 the hub 4 is worse then the hub 3

As you can test VPN on PC and depending on the VPN type are you able to test TCP vs UDP tunnel types for speed?
