0.45 download on 250 volt package

I’ve recently switched my broadband from m500 to the new Volt 250 package as I went out of contract on the m500 and the price was extortionate. 

I’ve been on the volt 250 package for just under a week and for the past 2 days I’ve had between 0.45mbs - 15mbs download and around a constant 9mbs upload. 

what gives? I’m paying for speeds up to 250mbs and in the first week it hasn’t even come close to reaching that.

Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061. Try a 60 second pinhole reset of the hub. Ultimately keep in mind your 14 day cooling off period here.
