My upload speed has been around 0.2mb for about 4 months now.
Every time I call virgin media I'm told "we know there's a fault in the area" but no one has come to fix it. I know of 3 others on the same street with the same problem.
A 0.2mb speed is pointless. I cannot even upload attachments to my emails.
Can anyone advise me on what to do to fix this?
Can you please
Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter.
Hub 2 & 3 When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.
Hub 4 When the page appears LOG IN then Advanced Settings > Tools > Network Status.
Copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream, Configuration and Network Log tabs onto here, if you get a yellow / straw box warning click the Post button again.
Use one post for each tab if you wish.
Please do not use screen grabs.
A Guru will be along soon to decipher the info.

I've noticed a pattern.
From 12pm to 2am the packet loss is between 30 to 60%
From 2am to 12pm there is no packet loss.
Is this an oversubscription issue?
Can virgin media resolve this?
Or do I need to switch provider?
Your >> BQM << is horrible and is showing a bad connection somewhere.
My advice is to try a reboot using the following method ...
Switch the Hub off using the small switch on the rear of the Hub next to the power cord and pull the PSU plug from the wall socket.
While the Hub is powered off go around all the accessible co-ax connectors inside and outside to ensure that they are finger tight.
Give it a good 5 minutes put the plug back in and switch the Hub back on.
Allow the Hub a few minutes to fully restart then check your connection again.
I did this at around 6pm but still the same issue.
Will the forum team send out an engineer? Because one is clearly required.
