my website www.richardahughes.com and my email which is linked to my domain are both blocked when I am on my home network. If I access them via my mobile data (also Virgin) I can access them easily.
I get a "This site can’t be reached" message and my email account is unable to connect to its servers.
I've tried checking my site via an online VPN and I am able to access it there.
I've tried turning off websafe but that doesn't work.
help please
thanks,
Rich

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear your website isn't accessible. I have tried it on my Virgin Media wifi and it does indeed work today (loving the bird picture, that one of your paintings as well?).
Should therefore be sorted but let me know if not.
Best wishes.

Thanks, but it's still the same. Other sites work fine just mine... Must be a router issue as it's all devices on my network. I've looked through the settings but can't see anything wrong.
Yes, my paintings thank you 😊

Are you using any security product from Comodo because VirusTotal shows their Xcitium Verdict Cloud service currently has your site flagged for Phishing.

Thank you for your help. I run a WordPress site and my email account, but nothing unusual on it. No idea why my site would be flagged for Phishing. The only plug ins I have are : contact form 7, litespeed, smush and Google sitekit.
Do you have any advice on how to figure this out?
Many thanks

You will need to investigate how to report the false positive phishing detection to Comodo; the following detection information will need to be quoted Valkyrie Verdict when reporting. It does seem though that this is not the cause of the issue raised.
To help troubleshoot the issue, from a desktop or laptop device, consider try the following commands within a Command Shell in Windows or a Terminal elsewhere and post the result output here after redacting any personal information from it:
nslookup www.richardahughes.com
tracert www.richardahughes.comor from elsewhere:
traceroute www.richardahughes.com
For example:

Thank you so much. The hosting company had blocked my ip when I changed my password and other devices tried too often to check my email. All sorted!!!
