What error message do you see?
By default Web Safe is on and it requires your device(s) use Virgin Media DNS. To see if the correct DNS is being used by a device go to https://1.1.1.1/help and confirm the reported AS Name is Virgin Media. Then test if you can successfully browse to https://protonvpn.com
