virgin blocking innocent sites ????

I am trying to access N.W. Water- blocked by Virgin  as unsafe ???? This blocking has occurred on several other sites I have tried to access. I am not contracted to Virgin additional security.

Can anybody please help/advise.

If Web Safe is blocking access then read, What is Web Safe?

Can you post the addresses being blocked here; this being public forum post appropriately.
