I am currently unable to change my account password. I have tried multiple times on Edge, Internet Explorer and also on my Samsung mobile browser with no success.
I have provided my security question answer on the webpage and have been able to choose a new password. However, when submitting the new password details I am then sent back to the beginning of the process. This has happened numerous times and I have seen posts dating back to last year regarding the very same issue.
I waited over two hours on hold to customer servicers with no luck getting through via telephone.
I would be extremely grateful if someone could assist me to reset my password.
