suspicous email

Failed Billing Reference: VM29023071

just received this today but my last payment was paid on 24th december and next payment is end of january
We were unable to take your latest Direct Debit bill payment. It appears that some of the payment details has been expired or is missing.
Your service is pending disconnection on: 11th January 2020.
We would ask you to sign in to My Virgin Media and update your payment details to avoid interruption of your service.
