im guessing the call i got saying my external ip going from private to public is a scammer?

it is public, but surely thats the case for everyone. just they knew my name and post code, guess im on a new scammers list

The odd thing is she was American sounding. And sounded a lot more real than normal. Plus the fact she rang me back ( off different numbers from all over the country). I then later that day got a call from India 🤦‍♂️

Unfortunately, the phishing callers are adapting their method in order to avoid detection. 

We will continue to do all we can to put a stop to these but if you do experience any further calls, please do report them on the links provided by Serena.
