password setting

Writing on behalf of elderly mum who cannot access emails due to wrong username or password. When we try to reset password she cannot remember answer to security question, so next step requires date and amount of last bill, but online only and she cannot access account as not have password.

We seem to be going round in circles. Can anyone help please.

Date and amount of last bill would also be available on your last bank statement.
