nymaim infection

Hi:

Keep recieving letter from Virgin media that one of my devices is infected with nymaim virus.

All are running Virgins own Fsecure and are regulary checked for infections.

How come I regulary recieve thes letters even though everything says its clear.

Whats the point in subscribing to Fswcure if its letting viruses through.

Nymaim is a trojan, on Windows platform, that F-Secure and other security vendors can detect so maybe the cause is on:

• an old device that is connected to home network
• a device that temporarily connects to home network, i.e. a visitor's device
