I just received an email "Your Virgin Media bill is ready" but was confronted with the following warning when the link was clicked:
I don't know where I should report this problem as email reply was rejected as the webteam@virginmedia.com mailbox is not monitored!
So I'm reporting it here.

Can I ask if you have any other security extensions at all?
Have you been able to try to access this on an alternative browser at all?

Hi Ash_C and Dave,
I don't have any other security extensions installed, and I haven't tried with other browsers as I was able to access the site easily on Chrome by simply clicking on the "CONTINUE TO SITE" button as I was pretty confident that the riskware warning was a false positive.
I just wanted to report the problem in case other Virgin Media customers (also using Malwarebytes Browser Guard) may be more concerned due to the strong recommendation to "not continue".
I have just tried again and did not receive a warning this time, so I'm guessing that the false positive has been whitelisted since I last tried to access my.virginmedaia.com.

We will get this flagged from our side and keep an eye out for reports of the same nature.
