login details incorrect

can anyone help please i cant login to my virgin media says incorrect details which i know they aren`t if i try to reset it just tells me to enter correct info even though all the info i enter is correct tried account number area code and last bill date info to and still tells me to enter correct info

Have you registered for a My Virgin Media account yet? If so these would need to be the most recent bill information if you can ensure this is the case.

ive had an account for many many years and always been same login details but for some reason they are now incorrect even they have never been changed and i cant reset them in any way as all other info i enter says its incorrect too even the info from most recent bill says its wrong

So as you're not the account holder we'd not be able to assist with the My Virgin Media log in as this is an account holder only action, if your wife can contact the technical team and go through security the team can reset the password for you.

 

This team are available over the text service on 0753 305 1809.

also its not just password its all of our info thats wrong date of birth security answers bill info everything is wrong
