I am getting about 20+ emails being sent from my old NTL email address, that I no longer use.
I reported on another thread, but the resolution to delete account did not work. No no further response was given when I explained this.
It is worrying as I log in via my Virgin Media Account....please help stop this issue

Is this email address your primary email? If so, we cannot delete it.

ye sit is - was told on the other thread you coudl sort it for me.
so what can be done - someone is sending emails from this account to lots of emails addresses a day.
Only way I log in is though my media account. so presumabley thay have access to that too
Example of email bouncing back to 'me':
I do not use the ntl account ever - but this is becoming very intrusive and I am concearned about security issues. I wish this to be deleted
