forgotten security password

Hi,

I am a new account holder at Virgin Media.

I keep calling to discuss an issue but the agents keep asking me for a password that was supposedly sent by post to my address?? I haven't received any type of password or post from Virgin media and cannot speak about my issue without this password. It's really infuriating as they keep refusing to speak to me and I've asked for the letter to be sent again but a month later have still not received any letter or password reset option.
