Hi,

I have now had 3 emails from this address telling me that my contract has ended but the contract start date on my account is still showing last summer and apart from the April price rises nothing has, as far as I can see, changed so I'm puzzled. Can anyone clarify?

Hi. I'm just wondering what the resolution was to this query. I had 2 emails from same address in April advising price would remain same but 2 months ago my bill shot up and Virgin have no record  of any offer sent to me.
