Thanks for chatting with me in our PM, Prvir70.

As promised a complaint is now open for this situation. 

I am hopeful now that I have escalated it, the team will look into it with more urgency. 

Once again, my apologies it's taking this long in order to get the online safety you need for your kids. 

For now whilst it's still getting looked into, I have a link here - Parental Control - which has a list of some of the best parental control apps if you want to use one in the interim.

Still not fixed, been without parental controls since the start of May! 10 weeks and counting!

it took less time to put Richard Branson in space than to secure my internet.
