cannot turn on websafe

hi , i have tried various browsers and all do the same thing , when i try and turn on websafe it just flicks back to the off positiio and gives a message about not saving, if anyone can help with this i would much appreciate that , thank you.

We're sorry to hear you're unable to switch on child safe from your account online due to this error, we'd love to assist with this.

Could you please tell us if the same issue comes up if you try to make this change using a different device (if that's possible)?

Also, does the same thing happen if you try switching this option on from the MyVM App on your phone perhaps?

Are you able to make other changes in general on your online account with us?
