can't login to email

I can't login to my email account and think it is probably due to spammy emails received which I have always forwarded to government phishing. Help! No point in emailing as account closed.

Yes of course I have an account, else I wouldn't post this question, however someone else has kindly solved the problem but thank you for trying to help.
