OK, just had a call on my mobile from an 02045204*** saying they were from VM, (name was given as 'Rob' he and could offer me a better deal on my mobile contract.
Asked for the details of my current contract, my account number and (of course) my bank details, (so he could check my current contract details!! err, YEAH, SURE!!)
Told him he was a scammer, and was being recorded, and reported.
Guess what, he hung up!!
Now, have deliberately left off the last 3 digits of the phone number for security, BUT if staff want the full number to check, PM me. (But an internet check (who called me) reveals this is a well used scammer number pretending to be VM..)
