business website blocked

I've had reports from my customers who use Virgin Media that they cannot access my website. How do I go about checking if Virgin Media is blacklisting my site, why, and how do I get unblocked?

I'm not entirely certain it's coming from Virgin Media, the site is https://thewildnettleco.com

it's natural skin and hair care products, so I can't see why it would be blocked.
PLEASE Help!

Re: business website blocked

Inaccessible for Virgin Media customers with Web Safe (specifically the Virus Safe component) on; this is the default setting.

VirusTotal shows the website is flagged by various antivirus products as Malicious, see https://www.virustotal.com/gui/domain/thewildnettleco.com/detection

Open Rights' Blocked project shows that Virgin Media are not the only one blocking access to the website, see https://www.blocked.org.uk/site/http://thewildnettleco.com
