Sorry to hear your mother in law is having some issues with her email.
As jhuk has advised, if she no longer has an active Virgin Media account she would be unable to use the email address.
If she is able to contact us here we can attempt to reset this just so she can save any important emails, but we can't guarantee we'll be able to do this.
