account hacked

My email account has been hacked but I have been trying to contact customer service put been on hold for 2 hours then cut off.

I can see that various passwords are being changed

Whilst waiting for a response from the VM Forum Team please follow all the advice given here.

  Follow all the guidance in this help article: Emails Compromised | Virgin Media

 

Pay specific attention to section 4 checking for autoforward settings, but also check for Filter rules in the same settings area.

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately I am unable to access my account until I can get through to the customer service department to reset password
