Suspect this is more to do with Google's design decisions with regard to the address bar; move away from flagging secure and insecure toward flagging just the latter and hiding “trivial” subdomains (www and m).

As a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share my knowledge. I don't work for Virgin Media.

Re: Why is virginmedia.com listed as insecure recently

There are a couple of images on the main virginmedia.com homepage that are currently linked from an http source within Virgin Media's systems not an https one.

So Chrome is correctly saying the site is not secure as not all elements on the page are coming from a secure source.

However there is no risk to anyone visiting the site.

Re: Why is virginmedia.com listed as insecure recently

Dear All

Thanks to everyone who responded.

I can report back today MS Edge was O.K but Chrome 81 wasn't for several days but I downloaded Chrome 83 today it works fine when type https://www.virginmedia.com I'm returned a secure site

I can only guess Chrome did something or VM have made server more secure somehow but I'm expert as you might gather.

Thanks again
