I'm sorry if you've not had an update from our Complaints Team yet, it can take them up to 28 days to get back to you and for more information, please see our policy here . They prefer to call you first but if they're unable to speak to you, they may send you a letter. Can I ask whether it was via your online account that you raised the complaint or somewhere else? May I ask what the issue was about?
