Website access

When I try to access my Lottery App via mobile data it comes back saying App is currently experiencing issues and I cannot gain access but when I use WiFi it works perfectly normal - only had this since switching to Virgin, when I was on EE I never had an issue. Any help?

Hello

On your mobile account have you turn off the parental controls as these will block gambling sites etc. Have a look at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/parental-controls-for-mobile which tells you how to do it.
