Websafe not working

Hi,

Websafe not working, individual websites also selected to be blocked but again completely accessible via the normal browser (google chrome).

Have a house with young teenagers and want to keep it clean.

It used to work but hasn't for months, any ideas how I can resolve this?

Web Safe requires use of Virgin Media DNS. To confirm if this is the case either:

  • open a Command Shell or Terminal windows, run the command nslookup example.com and post the resulting output here
  • go to DNS leak test ,run the Standard test and confirm whether the Hostname reported ends with server.virginmedia.net (ISP should be reported as Virgin Media)
