Click on apps, click on Websafe, click on Manage web safe settings and it reloads the same screen. I have done it about 30 times now and the same thing over and over. Different browsers used still same problem.
The virgin website is dreadful and the customer service is even worse. It's always been awful trying to get through to customer services and now virgin have the perfect excuse of covid and have been on hold for over an hour trying to get through without joy.
How can something so simple always be so difficult with virgin?
