WebSafe settings page not working

I'm having the exact same issue. I'm on a top, up to date laptop using an up to date browser and I've tried three using Windows 11. Why are so many people having the same problem for so long? It's just shoddy. I've just signed up with Virgin Media and singing in to my account has been nothing but a headache!  Being unable to access your website without issues does not bode well! Having so many issues on day one with something as simple as a website is beyond comprehension!
