Web safe

Good morning . I cannot get into the web safe settings on my virgin account to activate child safe . It keeps jumping back to the main page asking for £3 per month for extra security. I just want to turn on childsafe . Any help would be much appreciated . Thank you

I have the same issue, I cant change web safe settings   I click on the link and it just redirects me back to:

https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/onlinesecurity/toolkit

Thanks for your post. Apologies for the delay in response, we've been very busy and doing all we can to get back to each customer ASAP. Sorry to hear that you've been having issues with trying to switch on the web safe feature and that the website has been glitching. 

 

Have you since been able to change this setting so that the web safe is switched on?

Unfortunately no, still redirects me in circles.

Unfortunately I don't have my own routers, just the VM Hub and I don't think it's possible to do within that.
