Web Safe - not able to turn on

Hi

I cannot turn on web safe,

I contacted Virgin several time via chat.They changed my password ans still did not resolve issue.

Any ideas?

From the device on which Web Safe is not working what AS Name value is shown here https://1.1.1.1/help?

Are you able to browse to https://protonvpn.com; by default access to VPN sire should be blocked?
