Web Safe Looping

Hello, I am having trouble accessing the settings for Web Safe and need to turn on the child safe settings. When I click on manage settings it takes me back to the same page as per the video link below. I can see a few posts regarding this matter but there doesn't seem to be a solution offered. Please can you advise me on how I can resolve this issue?

Thanks

Re: Web Safe Looping

Good Afternoon Marshj5,

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and a very warm welcome you!

Sorry to see you've been struggling with alter the child safe web settings.

Can you please advise me if you've attempted to use an alternative browser or possibly clearing the cache on the browser you're using to see if this can help combat the issue?

Kindest regards,

David_Bn

Re: Web Safe Looping

I have exactly the same problem. I tried Chrome, Chrome Incognito mode and Firefox - all do the same redirect back to the https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/onlinesecurity/toolkit page.

Any other thoughts?

Re: Web Safe Looping

Zak

I have also tried different browsers to no avail. I want to be able to add child restrictions for my teenage children. This shouldn't be as difficult as it is and is concerning from a child safeguarding point of view!

There have been several people raising this concern going back months so this is obviously a technical fault, why has this not been resolved yet?

Re: Web Safe Looping

Thank you for coming back to me.

It is something that is being investigated but we don't currently have an ETA on when this will be resolved.

I can also modify the issues should you wish?

Kind regards,

Zak_M
