I cannot disable Web Safe. Visiting the page presents a yellow warning box stating:
We can't update your Web Safe settings at the moment. Please try again later. Your previous Web Safe settings will remain active."
Previously I could turn it on and off but for some reason it won't do this. Can someone please look into this? I can see many others are having issues as well.
I have also tried various web browsers and three different devices. I assume this is a IT team issue.
Sorry you are having problems with Web Safe.
Virgin are aware of the issues with Web Safe and have raised an IT ticket to rectify the problems. It may take a few days more.
