How do I get a new router/hub? Mine is nearly 8 years old and never replaced.
ipad telling me security is weak, and am finding it impossible to actually contact Virgin.........and speak to anyone......hanging on the phone for over 30 mins at a time.
if you’re reading this Virgin, do you still want me as a customer???

You might be able to get a free upgrade to a hub3 using the following link hubswap
If you get an error message using that link then you will need to call in and request a free hubswap.
I would suggest speaking to either regrades or retentions (thinking of leaving us) and negotiate a new contract as well as the hub swap (and possibly a TIVO swap to the newer V6 box)
