Hi,

I'm trying to change to WAP2, following the below guidance:

Step 1. Enter 192.168.0.1 into your browser

Step 2. Enter your admin name and password

Step 3. Once signed in, go to Advanced settings > Wireless> Security Select the dropdown next to Security and change it to WPA2-PSK

Step 4. Select Apply changes

All goes well till step 3, I don't have the indicated dropdown next to Security. The options that are under Security are the following:

Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Thank you!

What hub are you using? What options are you seeing.

The 7th screenshot on this page is for the Hub 3 (titled 'WiFi configuration' in red text)

https://setuprouter.com/router/virgin-media/hub-3-0/screenshots.htm

and shows the section you should be looking at

Advanced settings>>Wireless>>Security then use the 'Security' dropdown on the main bit of the page to make the changes (for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz if split)

Hi Dave,

Thank you! That's the part I was missing... Now I can proceed to tinker with options 😉
