Hi guys I had a virgin media broadband account about 2 years ago, I made a free @virginmedia account at the time
I left after my contract was up but the virginmedia@ email was still active on my phone
someone has logged in and been resetting various accounts I had that I used with the virginmedia email account and also sending out spam and fraudulent emails with the account.
please what can I do, ive tried to call virgin media customer services but they said there's nothing they can do as the account has been disconnected. ive tried to explain the severity of the situation but unfortunately fell on deaf ears.
