Virginmedia account

Hi, my father has been trying to access his virgin media account but has forgotten his password.  When he tries to reset it, it sends an email to the registered email. The email address registered is no longer active.

Is there a way to get this changed to his new email address so he can access his virgin media account again?

With regards to getting this sorted, there is a way you can contact our team other than the Live chat or call route.
I'd suggest the best thing to do would be to contact the team via the text message service.
