I am concerned that I had an engineer booked to visit two days ago, but the visit was a no-show. No-one contacted me about it.
Yesterday, I contacted Virgin by text: no reply. I tried again today and was eventually told that I had cancelled the visit using IVR (interactive voice response). This is untrue. I have had no verbal contact with Virgin since arranging the visit. Is this a case of Virgin lying to me, or should I be concerned about the security of my account?
