Virgin mobile site and media site, most ridiculous password creation in the world

As the title suggests, on the media and mobile websites you have to create the most unsecure and ridiculous passwords in the world ever  it's frustrating, letters and numbers only and can't use any of them twice and no special characters, so things like Goose2022 won't work because there's too many O's and too many 2's, but something like crazy2021 would, having studied ethical hacking I can tell you now I would be into that account in 5 seconds  it would take my computer less than 1 second to figure that password out.

Sort it out and fast, users accounts are not secure

Virgin Media account passwords can be between 8 and 64 characters long and can contain letters, numbers and certain special characters.  Not sure if the same change has been made to virgin mobile accounts or not.

Wow, I nearly fainted, now I have a strong password and can sign in on my PC via Fingerprint but cannot get any further after using Mobile to scan the QR Code to use Mobile also, something should trigger.

EDIT: I just signed in from my Mobile also then it gave me option to use its Fingerprint reader so now I have the 2 devices added to my account.

Mobile Account security is still a joke though, hopefully they will catch up on it also.

My mistake, it's the mobile site only not the media site, it's pretty bad really, all I would need to figure out is someone's email address which is pretty easy now a days especially with social media and I'd be into there mobile account with a snap of my fingers, have access to their account information and mobile numbers, device IMEI, address, pretty much everything.

For a massive company like this is very very bad in this day and age.

I did not know about the "recent" upgrade to main VM Account site, so thanks and I am not sure why they did not shout it from the rooftops as it has been asked for 12's of times here.

This forum (used to be Lithium which got upgraded and is now called Khoros) can take strong passwords whereas before it was same BS so only the mobile Account site still a mess as for me it spins that log in circle for ages before it lets me in.

As the song goes "Two Out of Three Ain't Bad"! 😉
