I’ve noticed that Virgin have logged two missed payments on my account, effectively halving my credit score.
However, it is logged as a separate account, which I never signed up for! It has correctly logged my actual account as having never missed a payment. It looks like Virgin has logged two accounts in error when I set up my Virgin Media, as the dates correlate.
How do I go about checking this out with Virgin? I can’t ever seem to talk to a human when I call.
