Virgin media has ruined my credit score

I’ve noticed that Virgin have logged two missed payments on my account, effectively halving my credit score. 

However, it is logged as a separate account, which I never signed up for! It has correctly logged my actual account as having never missed a payment. It looks like Virgin has logged two accounts in error when I set up my Virgin Media, as the dates correlate. 

How do I go about checking this out with Virgin? I can’t ever seem to talk to a human when I call.

Thanks for replying so quickly!  

I'm honestly not sure; I've only ever had an account with Virgin Media, but then I had an issue with Virgin Mobile erroneously charging my account (see my other post about it here https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Managing-Your-Account-Mobile/Debt-collectors/m-p/4599372#M27815

So I imagine it's a fallout from that.  I'd been told this had been resolved and my account scrubbed, so that it wouldn't impact my credit score.  Apparently not.
