Virgin media has ruin my credit files

I always paid all the Bill's for virgin media and ironically I am a virgin media customer now even paying £25 a month and came to know that virgin media have reports on my credit files with Experian which is ruining my credit history with out me knowing at least it should be a information to the person that we have reported you on credit reference agency I checked it other day as I was struggling to have credits even my credit score is about 800. Every one if you are virgin media customer please check your credit files with the credit agency

'my credit score is about 800'

credit scores are a gimmick. no provider sees what you see. all they see are defaults and what credit you have.

Hi mazi76,

Thank you for getting in touch with us here on the Community.

I am sorry to hear you have some concerns regarding your credit report.

Are you able to confirm if the flags on your account are showing as defaults or credit searches please?

If you feel that there are inaccuracies on your credit file, please let me know and we will be happy to look in to this further for you.

Thank you

Re: Virgin media credit file

It should take up to a month as credit files are updated every month.

Thanks,

Sasha
