Virgin media account

Hi, so recently I signed up for the ultimate umphhh deal. Everything was ok until the night before the engineers were suppose to come round the house and install everything and they flagged up that my account encountered fraud. Basically the house I’m living at the moment my girlfriends mum set up an account with virgin but she got into debt with them. Also they think she is using someone else’s details to set up a new account. I’ve spoken to virgin and they’ve asked me to email the fraud team, fraudpreventionteam@virginmedia.com which I have on Wednesday (11/03/20) I still haven’t received an email yet and it’s been 2 days 

 

PLEASE HELP

Hi, thanks for your reply but I still haven’t received anything off the fraud team yet and it’s been 5 days. I want to get this sorted as soon as I can please
